We ensure accuracy of the data to an acceptable level through sample verification. Such data collected are centrally digitized and aggregated to convert them into usable contents.

For select life style categories, we collect additional attributes for the contents to make them more rich and useful to the end users. Our Field Coordinators contact each of such businesses to collect all relevant attributes for their business to make them comprehensive.

We have established a process for periodic validation of data and update to maintain and improve the quality of contents. A combination of backend call center and field visit by Coordinators is used for the purpose. Online feedback by customers and the listed businesses form an important input for validation and updation.
